Information about the warranty of the products

The products of the company Digas G. Medical have a guarantee of good use, the period of which is defined by the manufacturer.

For accessories such as cables, heads, handles, rechargeable batteries, etc. the warranty on them is up to 6 months.

The warranty does not cover the consumable parts of the devices (eg disposable batteries, lamps, led, electrodes, etc.)

In our company, the guarantee of good use concerns the product and not the technician or transfer of the product.

If the customer wishes not to be charged for the visit of the technician, nor the transfer of the product, he can take care to send the product with his own care to the service department of our company (Karaoli & Dimitriou, PC 57001 Thermi, Thessaloniki)

The good use warranty does not cover damage from incompatible use such as:

1. When the product is operated by an unauthorized technician
2. When the damage comes from poor wiring, accident, fall, vibration, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or liquid spillage and generally from external factors.
3. When the product is subjected to physical or electrical stress.
4. When the construction number or distinguishing marks of the device have been altered, removed or damaged.
5. When the product is used in a way that is not specified by the construction specifications or in an environment unpredictable for the manufacturer.
6. When the manufacturer's maintenance procedures are not followed
7. There is no warranty or protection against damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

For medical and beauty furniture, the warranty covers the mechanical/ electrical parts of the product and not the upholstery.

• In order to clean skay or PU upholstery, no special method is required. Normal dirt can be removed by a damp cloth (not wet). Dry-foam, available on the market, can also be used.
• Do not use abrasive detergents or solvents.
• The manufacturers cannot guarantee the removal of stains caused by chemical substances or acids.
• With regard to wooden parts, the colour is affected by natural factors beyond our control (grain, seasoning, ageing and others).
