This agreement Privacy covers all personal data of visitors / users / members collected by the website during a visit to and use of services. Also, this contract covers the conditions for extraction, processing and management of personal data of visitors / users / members from digas.gr to any associates with it. This contract does not cover in any case the relation between the visitors / users / members of digas.gr and any services that are not subject to the control and / or ownership of digas.gr.

Given the nature and volume of the Internet, under any circumstances, including negligence, the digas.gr not responsible for any kind of damage suffered by the visitor / user pages, services, options and content of digas.gr to make on own initiative and with the knowledge of the terms hereof.

Collection and use of data

Delettion of personal data

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data without any justification. You can notify us of your request via email at e-shop@digas.gr or by filling out the contact form. It is necessary that the email address (email) of the request is the same as the email you stated in the account creation and / or subscription to the newsletter of our website.
