Returns and Cancellations

DIGAS ANASTASIOS PC gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions which it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available on your computer screen, quickly and easily. In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, either domestic or international, at the time of your order.

Right of withdrawal

In distance transactions (electronically or by telephone), there is the right of withdrawal and refund in the following cases, taking into account the conditions in each case.

1. In case there is a proven fault of our company, and the product delivered to you does not correspond to the product of your order (wrong order receipt, incorrect invoicing, etc.).
2. In the event that there is a proven fault of our company and the product delivered had a malfunction or was of defective quality.
3. For any reason and without any excuse.

In cases 1 & 2 where there is fault of the company, the money is refunded within 14 calendar days, without charge of the transfer cost.

In case of withdrawal without fault of the company (case 3) the cost of transport and return of products is borne by the buyer. In this case, the returned product must be in its original packaging, in excellent / intact condition (as new) with all the accessories that accompany the packaging. The buyer must arrange for the product to be returned to the company's warehouses.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal provided for the distance and off-premises contracts does not apply in the following cases:

• service contracts after full service, if the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer, and by his acknowledgment that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the supplier.
• the supply of goods or services the price of which depends on money market fluctuations which cannot be controlled by the supplier, and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
• the supply of goods manufactured to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized.
• the supply of goods which may soon be damaged or expire.
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.

We are sorry but there are no returns on special orders, items with opened packaging as well as on products ordered / manufactured exclusively for you either by domestic or foreign suppliers / manufacturers.

Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. To get your money back you must tell us the account in which you want the deposit to be made. Return proof is required for returns. In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note.
