Effects:
It reduces the temperature of the burned surface of the skin. At the same time it reduces the pain, minimizes the shock, the infection, the inflammation, electrolytesecretion.
Furthermore it cools, sooths, hydrates, depresses the bubble, obstructs the expansion of the burn, does not stick on the burn and it is easily removed with normal saline (Sod. Chloride).
