Dual-Frequency Diaphragm technology—a 3M patent—allows the physician to hear different frequency sounds by simply adjusting the pressure on the bell of the Cardiology IV stethoscope. Hold the bell with slight pressure to hear the low frequency sounds. Press a little more to hear the higher frequency sounds.
