    The Artmex V-9 provides the semi permanent make up practitioner with state-of-the-art computerised technology.
     
    It is the preferred system for permanent make-up artists as it is ideal for tattooing eyebrows, eyelids, lips, and covering up scars and old tattoos.
     
    Permanent make up, also known as micro-pigmentation, is the specialised method of implantation of micro pigments into the upper dermal layer of the skin.
     
    It is a cosmetic technique which employs tattoos (permanent pigmentation of the dermis) as a means of producing designs that resemble make up, such as hair stroke eyebrows, eyeliner, lip shading.
