The Melag Vacuclave 105 Pro-Line is the fastest autoclave in the world with a chamber volume of 5 liters and offers safe sterilization of up to 2 kg of instruments (unpackaged) or 1.5 kg packaged, 0.45 kg of textiles on 2 trays (1 deep tray optionally available).

With an ultra-fast sterilization process that takes as little as 6.5 minutes (plus timed drying), the autoclave is an optimal choice for medical facilities such as doctors' offices and laboratories with low sterilization volumes, or those that have a limited number of instruments and require an extremely short sterilization time. In addition, the autoclave is also ideal as a second device for needs-based, supplementary sterilization and workflow improvement.

The stand-alone concept for location-independent operation, which is operated by means of a 5-litre canister for water supply and drainage by means of a hose, offers flexible use. The two canisters for water supply are included in the scope of delivery and can be installed quickly and easily.

The Vacuclave 105 is controlled via the particularly intuitive 4.3" Smart Touch display with LED status. The modern menu, which is shown on the display, is structured similarly to that of a smartphone and allows very easy control of the various functions. In addition, the autoclave has digital data logging to ensure that all legal requirements are met. Sterilization parameters can be logged via USB stick or network to easily store and manage all relevant data. In addition, direct printing via the Melaprint 80 printer is possible.

The integrated Power-Save energy saving mode, which puts the heater and display into sleep mode between sterilizations, significantly reduces energy consumption and saves costs.
