The Melag Vacuclave 305 Prime-Line – the fastest B-class autoclave in the world with a chamber volume of 5 liters enables safe sterilization of up to 2 kg of instruments (unpackaged) or 1.5 kg packaged, 0.45 kg of textiles on 2 trays (1 deep tray optionally available).

The ultra-fast sterilization process, which is available from 6.5 minutes (plus timed drying), makes the autoclave the ideal choice for doctors' offices, laboratories and medical facilities with low volumes of sterilized goods, or those who have a limited number of instruments and require an extremely short sterilization time. In addition, the autoclave is also ideal as a second device for needs-based, supplementary sterilization and workflow improvement.

The stand-alone concept offers location-independent operation and is implemented by 5-litre canisters for water supply and drainage by means of a hose, which enables flexible use. The two canisters for the water supply are quick and easy to install and are included in the scope of delivery.

The Vacuclave 305 can be controlled easily and intuitively via the 4.3" Smart Touch display with LED status. The modern menu, which is shown on the display, is clearly structured similar to that of a smartphone and offers very fast control of the various functions.

The autoclave has digital data logging that ensures that all legal requirements are met. Sterilization parameters are logged via USB stick or network to easily store and manage all relevant data. In addition, direct printing via the Melaprint 80 printer is possible. Barcode label printing enables instrumentation identification and full traceability. With the ProControl function, documentation, approval and user authentication are carried out directly on the device.

The integrated Power-Save energy saving mode, which puts the heater and display into sleep mode between sterilizations, significantly reduces energy consumption and saves costs.

Thanks to the advanced DRYtelligence function, the drying phase automatically adjusts to the load, resulting in a reduction in drying time of up to 80%, thus speeding up the entire sterilization process.
