   • Use a flexible tape measure or a piece of regular thread and a ruler.
2. Timing:
   • Measure in the morning when your hands are not swollen.
3. Clothing:
   • Avoid measuring over clothing; ensure your arm is bare during the process.
4. Measurement Technique:
   • Wrap the measuring tape snugly around the specified areas, as shown in the diagram below, but avoid pulling the tape too tightly.
   • Make sure the tape is positioned evenly around the measurement area.
5. Record Measurements:
   • Take all required measurements based on the diagram provided (typically circumference at the wrist, elbow, and upper arm).
6. Select Size:
   • Once all measurements are taken, refer to the sizing chart to select the appropriate size.
