Immobilization SPIDER strap

•  All straps are made of 5cm wide polyester.
• The horizontal straps have sewn-in Velcro to adjust according to the volume of the casualty.
• The 3 middle straps are sewn in such a way that they can be moved up the vertical strap.
• The two end straps are stitched so that they are stable on the vertical strap.
• Straps are color coded for quick and correct fit.

Instructions for use:

• We place and tie the injured on the stretcher (BACKBOARD / SPINEBOARD), for his safe transport, in the following way: We place the injured person's head between the two legs of the "Y" of the strap and fasten the strap on the stretcher with the help of Velcro, immobilizing his shoulders.
• Then we also tie the rest of the horizontal straps to the perimeter holes of the stretcher, immobilizing in the order chest - abdomen - thighs - legs.
